Clinia - Flow de connexion à la plateforme

À la suite d'un changement de positionnement business et d'un partenariat avec Telus Health, Clinia a axé son développement de produit autour de la gestion de données en santé. Dans le cadre de ce nouveau projet, j'ai été responsable du développement de la plateforme de gestion de données, englobant l'ingestion, le traitement et la distribution de données.

La première a été d'établir un flow de connection à la plateforme de manière sécurisée avec un Two-Factor Authentication. J'ai donc dû penser à tous les scénarios, mettre en place deux façons d'utiliser le 2FA: par sms ou par Authenticator app. 

Pour mener à bien ce projet, j'ai travaillé sur l'intégralité des designs, comprenant:

- La création de flows utilisateur

- Le création de wireframes

- La création de prototypes

- Le suivi du développement avec les développeurs

- La participation à la séance de QA

À la fin de chaque étapes, un suivi était organisé avec les développeurs et le chef du Produit.

Following a change in business positioning and a partnership with Telus Health, Clinia focused its product development on healthcare data management. As part of this new project, I was responsible for developing the data management platform, encompassing data ingestion, processing and distribution.

The first task was to establish a secure connection flow to the platform using Two-Factor Authentication. So I had to think of all the scenarios, and set up two ways of using the 2FA: by sms or by Authenticator app.

To complete this project, I worked on all the designs, including:

- creation of user flows

- Creation of wireframes

- Prototyping

- Development follow-up with the developers

- Participating in the QA session

At the end of each stage, a follow-up meeting was organized with the developers and the Product Manager.
